Hi, I’m Dom, Head of Product Growth at Paper.

Paper is the design canvas for teams shipping with agents. We recently raised our $34M Series A from Accel and ICONIQ to build the next great design platform, and we’re growing fast. After the Paper Desktop launch, we 25x’d ARR in a month, giving us rock-solid conviction: teams shipping with agents need a design tool built specifically for the new era. Thousands of teams now pay for Paper. We’ve ranked near the top of Ramp’s fastest-growing companies list for four consecutive months, including multiple months at #1. We are growing revenue at over 20% MoM, and our customers include leading design teams like Ramp, Lovable, and Harvey.

We’re making our first operations hire to build the business layer of Paper — starting with the data and systems that tell us how the business is actually working. You’ll work directly with me, our Head of Product Growth.

What you’ll do

• Be the source of truth for business data: write code to answer questions about revenue, retention, churn, and adoption, and build the dashboards the team runs on
• Build our GTM operating layer from scratch: decide what systems Paper needs, pick the tools, and choose build vs. buy vs. manual, and connect product, billing, and GTM data so customer behavior drives real workflows
• Own our financial and people systems: payments architecture decisions, tax and accounting coordination with outside firms, and our HR platform (Gusto)
• Run day-to-day business operations end to end: vendor contracts, invoicing, customer procurement, security questionnaires, SOC 2 evidence
• Automate high-leverage manual work across all of the above

What we’re looking for

• Operations or analytics experience at an early-stage startup — you’ve seen a company grow from $1M to $10M+ ARR and know what to reach for on day one
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, automation, and data models
• You select and implement tools, not just administer a stack you inherited
• Strong commercial intuition and a bias toward simple systems
• Ego-free executor: things handed to you get finished, and you measure your impact in how much faster everyone else moves
• You love early stage — you’ll be the first one doing this, with full ownership

Helpful: SQL, CRM architecture, product analytics, enrichment tooling, AI-enabled workflows, PLG businesses.

• Business reporting is trusted, and questions about revenue, retention, and adoption have fast answers
• Your insights have created breakthroughs for the business
• A lightweight GTM systems architecture is in place with the right core tools
• Product signals reliably feed GTM workflows
• Back-office runs without heroics, and the growth team spends materially less time operating infrastructure
